A few years ago I received an inbox from Leandri proclaiming, I’m not engaged, nor have I met someone, but I would just like you to know that you are going to be my wedding photographer someday’ Those are special words for any photographer to read and ever since then Leandri and I developed a friendship over our mutual love for books and of course all things Jane Austen. Time went by and Leandri met her Darcy. The rest as they say is history. I loved being involved in the planning, Leandri excitedly sharing sneak peaks of her dress. Everything about their wedding spoke to my romantic heart, from the flower adorned swing to the flower covered boat.
If ever there was a lovestory right out of the pages of a novel. It would be the case for Leandri and Christoff. Their wedding day was simply breathtaking and the Pride and Prejudice inspiration was evident from the beautiful decor and Leandri’s gorgeous dress, to the beautiful vows that had both bride and photographer in tears.
The day could not have been more perfect and every detail so prettily displayed. It was truly a fairytale experience and I felt so fortunate to be a part of it.
